She works with many humanitarian organizations worldwide and has herself donated well over 10 million dollars to towards relief funds over the past 4 or 5 years. I'm pretty sure she's making sure her money as well as that of others is being appropriated satisfactorily. I assure you - these visits are NOT about publicity.
