everytime im in calgary alberta canada i drive throught the city with either bret or owen harts music blasted, representing the best technical wrestlers.

Owen's wife won't allow it. She sees it as WWE profiting off his death. That's why there has been no DVD retrospective on his life, his likeness has not been in any video games since his death. And why the Hall of Fame won't happen until either she dies or she allows it. WWE wanted to put him in with Bret but she wouldn't allow it. Even when WWE said they'd donate all the money his likeness would make. She still blames them for his death although Bret doesn't and has moved on.
Bret has said Vince calls him sometime and told him a few months ago that he intends to put Owen in the HOF "no matter what" Whether that means to keep negotiating with Martha or doing it with only Bret's consent, who knows.
