i was wondering what program do u use to record the gameplay and the sound of your voice?

and what settings are you using to do so?

I use FRAPS to record the gameplay and I Windows Movie Maker's built in "Record Narration" feature. I record the video in 30 FPS because any higher would make the video files grotesquely large.
