College is indeed supposed to foster independent expression. Someone who espoused conservative views at Oberlin College or liberal ones at Texas A&M would indeed qualify as an independent thinker. Merely following the conservative flow, as do the Aggies featured in this project, hardly qualifies.
So all the Lefties in Leftie colleges are independent critical thinkers and the few who thought for themselves are not!! Logic and Reason were never part of the liberal mind set ,obviously!!

Certainly you'd agree, however challenged your analytical ability may be, that right-wing expression at Texas A&M requires neither originality of thought nor courage to buck the mainstream. One can arrive as a conservative "thinker" at A&M as a freshman, and check out four, five, or six years later having never been challenged to reevaluate his politics.
Don't you feel just a bit silly, having posted this kind of comment on the day that Baylor beat A&M in basketball? No, I'm no Baylor Bear. If I were, I'd probably have used the 2008 football score, which wasn't even close, rather than that one-point game several years ago. I'm an Aggie who likes to make fun of the conservatives on campus. That's all.
