The point being sorely missed, is that Anita Baker, is going through what so many other old school artists are going through. A Record Company that either refuses to pay royalties, or that is no longer in business.
Anita's generation of artists cut REAL vinyl and only later they stamped CDs. You could not download her music during her prime. The Music industry has never been the same since the IP network and old school artist suffer the most.

I went through a divorce and the same thing happened to me, when it was all over I was left in debt and they used the kids as something to hold over my head as to bait you to sign your earnings and life away.
