Being that it's a buggy and not a veh. for the street do you have to have tags and insurance on it to park it outside or you have to keep it covered up?
@timmyahhh I live in a neighborhood I can park it on the street if I want. Heck I drive it around the neighborhood all the time. It stays locked up in my garage most of the time though.
