well when azurite had his "i wanna be your man" video up, he had the pad sounds in one segment and the fills but it still got copyrighted

This actually did get copyrighted, but I disputed it, and got to upload it.

His will not get copyright probably because they can see he actually video recorded it with a video capture card. Usually they will be lenient if they see you properly credit the label and the artist.

Whenever the video lags, says its unavailable, or just sucks because of youtube, Press the HQ button, Or add &fmt=18 at the end of the url. It should fix most of YOUTUBES problems.
