  • Love Sweet and Sara products!

  • Force the big companies to pay for the true costs of their products: the animals killed and tortured in factory farms, the oil that is required to grow the food that is fed unnecessarily to the animals (cows, pigs, chickens).. if big companies and their consumers paid for ALL the costs of their products, rather than getting a free handout from the government in the form of corporate welfare and subsidies, these vegan smores would be cheaper.

  • Need to emphasize more that these are vegan products and don't hurt animals.

Otherwise, there is nothing distinctive about the product. Nothing that would make people want to buy this product over another.

  • Your channel is truely inspiring! I have to give you a 5 stars! Love it so much. Let's stay in touch. Check out mine sometimes too!

  • she said organic several times, mentioned that they were dark chocolate [no dairy] and mentioned that they were non-dairy. So she didn't just say "VEGAN," she made it known more subtly

  • @Lovelessinhell What's wrong with milking cows in the correct way?

  • @BrainRazer Vegan don't eat or drink anything that comes from animals. Think honey, eggs, and milk. Vegetarian do, as long as it isn't the animal itself. That's more of the actual difference. So there is nothing wrong with milking cows, really. Vegans just feel that we shouldn't take from animals, or at least my friend thinks so, whom is an extremely strict vegan.

  • @Lovelessinhell I know they don't, but my question was, what is wrong with it?

  • @BrainRazer I never said anything was wrong with it....I never even mentioned milking cows...? I was making the point that she said they were dark chocolate, which is vegan because is has no dairy, and that she mentioned no dairy. Where did I say anything about cows? And personally I'm more of a meat-eater myself, but I think it's nice that Vegans are getting more options as far as food goes.

  • @BrainRazer And the problem with milking cows "the correct way" is that it isn't done. The VAST majority of our nation's milk comes from factory farms. The female cows are kept constantly pregnant so that they are always lactating - their babies are taken away within days after birth and locked into crates to be sold as veal.

  • these things are 4 dollars of deliciousness

  • mouth-watering,, :))) yummmm

  • Had the smore last night, really yummy!

  • I am just simply stating that there smores does not seem to taste any better than the plain old cheap ones that's all

  • They charge 7 bucks Canadian at the stores here...way too overpriced...who cares if it's handmade and shit, the problem is overpriced smores that dont taste anything out of the extraordinary...i mean its not back but definitely does not deserve the 7 dollar price mark...too high

  • They are a smaller company, I'm sure the price tag makes sense after you add up the cost of running the business. It took Sara YEARS to come up with the vegetarian marshmallow, it's not a big company like Jet Puffed, which is owned by Kraft. They use cheap ingredients, everything is done by a machine, and they get discounts on large quantities of ingredients. These aren't an everyday thing, they're a rare occasion treat. Vegan marshmallows aren't cheap to make.

  • dandies vegan marshmallows are about a million times better. just sayin'

  • I've had both and I prefer Dandies myself. These are good too though.

  • I love these! Well I learned something new...didn't know you could put them in the microwave. That looks sooo good!! I'm glad my local Whole Foods carries them. Good to see that each are handmade!

  • these are so delicious!

  • I carry Sweet & Sara in my store too and people LOVE them. We get several phone calls a week from people looking to get their hands on some...

  • Why wasn't it mentioned that they were vegan? : (

  • yeah that's what i was wondering! cuz i'm sure a whole bunch of people vegans/vegetarians would love to know that the products were vegan, and even they would buy some. i've tasted them and they are absolutelly DELICIOUS!!

  • @piratepumpkin i agree, i wish they'd mentioned it besides the few moments of the vegan bunny symbol shown in the background :(

  • @hewolfe12 They did say non-dairy twice when going over the ingredients. I think they'll get more people buying it if it's not thrown in their face that it's vegan. Then people will be amazed at how great it is and see being vegan does not mean death of the taste buds. They also say they are available in health food stores- which is a clue. I'm waiting for my second order right now- excited everyday after work to see if it's at the front door! And I'm even more excited to go camping this summer!

  • @piratepumpkin Why wasn't it mentioned that they *weren't* vegan? You're not better because you're vegan. You're just more sensitive and soft, not "better" than us meat-eaters.

  • @BrainRazer Are you serious? You got all that from me asking why it wasn't mentioned the video that these marshmallows are vegan? When did I ever say anything about being better than anyone?

The reason it needed to be mentioned that these are vegan marshmallows is because that is their main niche in the market. That's what makes these marshmallows different from all the others, and it seemed odd that that information wasn't included.

You're obviously a little insecure in your eating habits...

  • @BrainRazer And, also. You "meat-eaters" have all the joys of the things you love being advertised on national television.. Constantly, in fact. It is very rare for a vegan item to be showcased on such a well-watched TV show. So, yes. It is disappointing when a vegan product is shown without even mentioning that it's vegan - especially when that was it's main goal.

You "meat-eaters" aren't any better than us vegans.

  • I'm happy to carry Sweet and Sara's products in my store.

    Great video.
