Its the fact that live feeding is illegal in the UK, and when you DO feed living things, at least dont play with them first, thats just cruel, and then he filmed the thing. This is not the cycle of life. In the wild, its a prey, and yes the snake has to eat. In this case, it was torture. The kitten was placed in a situation where it was defenseless, in a room on a bed with a snake right next to it. And to top it off, the person even distracted the kitten, according to the article. This is not the cycle of life. Also, this person is playing with the food chain. A kitten would usually not even be a python meal in the wildlife. Also, the christmas music?

@idressil I wasnt talking about being defenseless compared to the snake. Kitten was defenseless because it was placed in a confined space with no chance of escaping. Also, this kid played with the food chain. In the wild, a kitten would not usually be a prey for the python. Cats do not live in the same environment as pythons in most cases. Because of their close association with humans, most cats even feral are concentrated in areas where people live rather than in remote undeveloped areas.

Es gibt diverse Videos in denen lebende Mäuse Schlangen zum Fraß vor geworfen werden. Darüber beschwert sich kaum einer. Ich vertrete die Ansicht dass jedes (Tier-)Leben prinzipiell gleich viel Wert ist und man deshalb nicht einerseits der Katze hinterherweinen, die Maus jedoch ignorieren kann. Zeigt das nicht, wie oberflächlich die Gesellschaft ist? Nur weil die Katze vllt. ganz süß aussieht ist ihr Leben so viel mehr Wert dass deshalb eine Hexenjagt veransteltet wird?
