I give WAS credit, though. They are a much different (and better) team than they were earlier in the season when the Rangers blanked them with a pair of huge lopsided victories. This will be a great series but I don't think WAS's goalies will be up for the task throughout. Only a matter of time before Neuvirth runs out and succumbs to the pressure.

@jfdhjgdh2010 - LOL The team is hardly relying on their offense during this series so far. Have you watched these games? Are you a Caps fan? This is a completely different team than the one who sought out to win game sby simply outscoring their opposition. The only reason the Caps are having MORE success is because the Rangers don't have the star power to break through and with Callahan shelved for awhile, it's gonna take even more for certain guys to step up.
The caps are having more success because they are actually playing defense this year. They were already a great team in the first place. The Rangers are not a playoff team without Lundqvist. If losing Callahan hurts the Rangers then that is just sad. Not saying Callahan is a bad player, but he's no star.

I have always wanted to see Rangers in the playoffs and to see them do well, but Capitals are looking really strong. My pick for the series.
