shame they didnt write another verse of lyrics and make it full length song ...90 secounds is a bit short.

The song was written by Jerry Allison & Sonny Curtis, & performed by the Crickets; my record is an 45rpm EP dated 1959. Not sure if Curtis did the guitar solo, it's really very good. I am afraid these Matchbox folks are no more than pale imitators of the original, ie Buddy Holly & the Crickets.
