both the 1984 (5?) song and the 2010 remake are great songs, and are for a noble cause. However, if people would place their faith in Jesus,abide in Him, & live Him daily, the problems of the world would fade away like a puff of smoke in the wind. Man would no longer hate man, we would all place our needs behind the needs of others; selfishness &shortsightedness would disappear, & most importantly, God would be worshiped correctly, thus ending disease, earthquakes and disasters of all kinds.
