@MrRloya22 Yes Platinum Hydro does have glutamine in it, about 5+ grams. I've personally always been a fan of the ISO, though both are great proteins. The ISO will last you longer....

@AlphaNutrition ive been looking into it and my friend gets it cheap and tells me its supposed to be one of the best, and there is a cheap deal online for it.i've bought cheap protein and it did NOT go down well at all with my body. it was either this or syntha 6.I like optimum nutritions supplements as their reliable and arent filled of junk like other brands
