I hope that this is not a summary of iyengar Yoga. How can you discover yourself if you follow in the footsteps of others? He says iyengar yoga is not exercise-but if you follow someone then it is. So Ihanuman should slap Iyengar and start a fight for fun ofcourse as these guys dont seem to have much fun their classes from the youtube clips ive seen.
