@nunyobusiness98 Thank you very much! A lot of work and time went into creating it. Roughly half of the labor was perfomed by the students. This includes drilling holes for hanging the beads and the brass arms, wiring and hanging roughly 190 yards of crystal beads.

Of course it's going slow. We're setting the upper and lower limits of the hoist. The chandelier dropped much faster during the show.

i have few questions if you dont mind. 1. what was the total cost of this production? i went and saw it and all i can say it was amazing! :D 2. how much did the chandilier cost? something like that must cost good money. 3. are there anymore videos?

@ShadowYoshi141 I don't know the exact cost of the production, but let me put it this way....If the Gene Kelly Awards had a budget level IV or V, this musical would be in that level. It was a very expensive show to put on, but very well worth it. I don't want to give an exact cost, but it was a couple thousand dollars. If you know of a school who is/will be doing Phantom, the chandelier is avalalbe for rent. I don't have any other videos. Did you come on stage after the show?

@Dalegend27 well i didn't exactly come on stage, i took a few pics of the chandelier and the box seats around the stage. i didnt get to see much behind stage. Many students (Including myself) have been trying to convince our music department to put on this show, but due to lack of budget we afraid we couldn't put on a good show. (plus i think the license for the show is pretty expensive) all i gotta say is that is was an amazing show, you guy's did an amazing job

@ShadowYoshi141 Thank you very much! The show far exceeded all of our expectations. The rights to do the show are very expensive and can easily blow a budget. What school do you attend? If you're close by and your music department does Phantom, I'll be more than happy to talk to you and give you tips.
