What i do remember of installing it is that i had to make

my mesh and texture folder myself... shouldn't it be already in the data folder?

just small advise: enable RTS hardcore settings if you wish to be able spawn buildings and to hire villagers. Without this settings RTS is only blueprinting/spawning tool for different objects. If I am right you didnt enabled them at the beginning.

diplex you do know the idle markers are for mpc's you do get they then got to the areas you placed those marker's and do that action

you cant actually spawn mpc's like that

Turn on Hardcore mode so you dont have infinite resources and you need to gather them!!!

Diplex, to build a house wich you use to hire people you need to build a well then go to bess and click spawn objects. then go to camping tools and the first thing that will apear is like a plataform wich you need to build EVERY building in the mod. when you spawn it you go to your weapons tab on the pip-boy and search for a hammer use that to bash it. it will tell you its finish then go to the house and click E then it will bring up a lot of options go to civil and click house and so on.....

diplex to give them a job go to besses options and turn on hardcore mode then a new building will be at the start of camping tools its a basic structure and with that theres a bunch of different buildings to make for example you could make a farm then you talk to the wastelander then tell them to work at the farm but you could also build a house to get actual settlers who have names and look different they are better than wastelanders because wastelanders can only be farmers

I think Idle markers are places you mark for people to sit/stand/lie down btw :D. And you should either wait till day or turn up the brightness!

Diplex, idle markers are animations the NPCS do when they go to that spot. You know how you pass by places and NPCS are putting there hands above a fire? Yea, thats what they kinda are
