tfb was an example of how this dunk is supposed to be done CLEAN.theres no reason to put your hand on someone unless you dont get up high enough to clear them.its gives a boost.if you can even jump high enough go try it both ways.w/ and w.o a hand boost.you will see what im saying.

lol i have b4 and u jus cleared this up for me, we're basically saying the same thing which is their is no reason to put your hand on someone's back when dunking and it should be done clean, also that unless you cant get high enough to clearly and cleanly get over someone that you will either put a hand out to get high enough to clear them or put a hand out to protect your nuts.
