I HATE this commercial. I hate that the stupid waitress is blabbing on a cell phone while her customers wait, and I hate that we're supposed to find it "cute." It's not cute, it's enraging and terrible customer service, and in real life I hope such a person would be fired. I hate this commercial so much, in fact, that I would never sue anything from Vonage.

She's trying to get people to clap for her so that her mother will hear it. I HATE THIS COMMERCIAL SO FRICKIN' MUCH. What kind of establishment lets its waitresses be on the phone with customers waiting? On a personal cell phone no less? None that I have ever worked for. Every time I see this commercial, I wish the guy at the front of the line would punch her in the face. He voice is really annoying too.

I can't stand this commercial. I don't understand why this lady thinks it's okay to talk on the phone with her mother while she's working. I don't understand why the customers are promoting her behavior by clapping when she spins around. I don't understand why she's lying to her mother by saying she's rehearsing. And does she think it'd be okay to talk on the phone if she was rehearsing? This makes no sense Vonage. Please rethink your commercials before you air them.

I have no idea why she was spinning around and why they clapped afterward, but this woman's accent is pretty (and she's not bad looking, either.)

I will comment again about how STUPID this commercial is. It doesn't make any sense. Her voice is so annoying. It's not even funny. And the fact that Vonage deleted my previous comment makes me even more annoyed! The advertising geniuses for Vonage really failed here.

I think the chick's kinda cute, but that's the only positive thing I can comment on. Stupid premise, and the customer has the look of someone who was just blasted in the face with a garden hose.

i would take my coffee cup and throw it at her face if i was a customer in that store. what an annoying and puzzling commercial for a brand to put out. whenever i think of vonage, all i think of is that awfully annoying 'WOO WOO WOO WOO WOO ' and now this. fire your agency.

Vonage actually managed to find the two most annoying people on the planet and have them do a commercial together. Also why are the coffee cups clanking together? They're not even touching each other and none of them are moving at all, so the tray can't be making the sound. They're probably just glued on...

I hate this commercial, it pisses me off everytime I see it. I imagine myself as a customer waiting in line to get my morning coffee and the only person waiting on customers is talking to her mother on the damn phone!! I agree with Dont tread on me; why does she spin around and why the hell would they clap, the customers still haven't received their coffe and she is still on the phone??
