sry, i not played on it in a long time, but look at ur medals or acheivments, and it will say what u need to get the planet buster, i think its something like, kill so many ppl with a certain wep, look it up on google, or just cheat, LOL, sry cunt b more help

watch out igf you use this weapon it will break the galactic code, which has a -100 friendship lvl to all nearby other races
