I made like the same exact, but after I built it I sprayed it with some metallic paint, made it look like the actual lancer, then added some LEDs that have a small switch that turn them blue OR red. And instead of a switch, there's a pullback like in GOW 3

It's funny how your Lego Lancer can get locked and loaded, shoot, and even rev the chainsaw bayonet while Replica Lancers that were featured during Gears of War 2's release can't do any of that. If I wanted to spend $100 on a Lancer replica, I wouldn't buy the promotional one featured by Epic games. I would instead spend my $100 on that Lego Lancer.

dude! i just barfed an idea! download Lego digital Designer (LDD) from the lego website, build this gun using the designer, buy several of the guns (the LDD has an awesome purchase thingy where whatever you build can be purchased with instructions and all!) put them up for sale, earn millions! whenever you need more of the guns just buy them off of the LDD!
