@courtneypants Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It's a great way to work out, and it's the most effective form of self defense. You don't need to be strong to be good at it. The more knowledge you have the better you are. Athleticism helps though. You're in good shape. Look into it. There are a lot of really good academies in CA. The Gracie academies are great. They offer free trials. Vlog your free trial!!! That would be sweet!
