I am mr Balvir Singh bhachu who is suffering with sciatica pain in left leg,lower back pain,asthma,taking inhaler twice a week, my brain is no normal. I don't get sleep at night. Serios pain in my left leg. I take medicine three time a day 400ml codoml. My brain not normal fuction. I need help with benefit.
Only I get 55.00 a week? No body help me !
I worked hard last 37 years in this country and born in British raj.
Please help me ? Some one tell me how I get justice with benefit.
@blobby1972 I also get mid rate care componant this go's for personal thing to do with staying fresh i wont go into that . and what do i do in return I care for myself if I went into full time care it would cost the country aprox £700 a week .oh yes I would aso like to add I worked for 17 years before my disability got the better of me so for camron to keep on attacking me well it BOILS MY PISS.
let me try explane why the new policy they are proposing is unfair if the goverment said we are trying to tackle burglery so what we are going to to is say evryone is a burgler and its up to you to proove your not until you do you will be asumed to be a theif. evryone .

and listen every day to people been interviewd telling me I am a parisite and yet on the other hand they won't legalize euthanasia so I am stuck in a world that hates mme yet won't let me check out .
I also i know a lot of people that claimb they are sink cant work,they can work I know full well over 50 people out there I know theres nothing what so ever wrong with them they doing is scamming the benefit systems dry spening the money on beers and drugs thats what Im paying out on my rage money for the tax for people to do that,its desgusting PUT A STOP ON ALL BENEFITS and make them all work hard 4 it
@dalbenton I am paralized from waist down and need 24 hour care due to other conditions . what would you have me do I am open to suggestions i look forward to your reply as i would love to have a reason to be alive .
@blobby1972 well maybe people like you will be aloud to claimb benefit not to the people that are scamming the benefit systems dry ive been reading news about benefit fraud some people are getting about £1000 per week even full time workers dont even get that much,yes we all got to live £1000 or more per week be enough to pay about 40 people that cant work,well the govenemnt is going to stop every body benefits who ever cant work have got to prove it I dont know some things got to be done

@dalbenton you see the thing for me is I spend every waking hour trying to justify my existence trying to keep believing that i have a place in this world and can still contribute and now after 6 years of been in full time care i am been told I have to proove that I am usless to society do you unerstand were i am coming from its not bad enough i have to go through the daily humiliation of strangers washing me wipeing my arse people stareing at me now i have to worry about loosing the help .
@blobby1972 im sorry to hear about that,the only thing annoys me is when Im having to pay out the taxes when there is people that are just scamming the social I know there is a lot of people round here on benefits geting about £300 per week income suport DLA they dont have nothing wrong with them at all,I do feel sorry for the ones that are really ill that cant work,I see where you are comming from
@dalbenton in this case they should invest in more investigators to catch the cheats not drag evryone in in the hope that one or two get caught this would also get a few off the job seekers too give them jobs catching the cheats lets face it they will know all the tricks .
@blobby1972 what we have to understand is incapasity benifit isn't like job seekers witch is kept low to try to make it more atractive to work were as the benifts I most gratfully get are to make it possible for me to have as comftable life as i can in spite of my difficulties I will tell you what I get my rent is payed £80 I get £106 inap to pay for food gas leki water and things that might go wrong I get high rate mobility this pays for my wheelchair it all go's to motability to pay for that
descutsing why do people have to scam the benefit systems,im a FULL time tax payer that I have to work hard for im ill i dont go sponging of the Govenment if I ill I can go out to work FULL time 12 and half hours a day mon to fri im very more then well sure every body else can do just the same thats whats you call being ill
