I agree most with the last part, though I certainly don't disagree with the other points. Dark Knight has that jerk-off glorified cop mentality like the Departed, but without the redeeming scenes of Matt Damon, the ultimate high horse, power tripping asshole in the movie being told that being a cop isn't "getting somewhere" and of course getting shot in the face at the end.

The script was not complicated at all in my opinion. Batman's voice gives Bruce more masculinity thats why they made the voice that way. If Bruce used his original voice people will know that Bruce Wayne is Batman. I'm pretty sure that the movie's focus is not about the fight scenes. All the hype, the trailers, for this movie did not advertise a big fight scene. People say its overrated because they make it appear to be, when it truly isn't. All my opinion.

I really liked the Dark Knight but I strongly agree how overrated it is by Heath Ledgers death and all that, I also though the tone was abit... well too mature, it's like it wasn't sure on it's attitude.
In Tim Burton's Batman it had a classic comidically dark tone, don't get me wrong, I like how the Dark Knights mature tone, but after a while it gets kinda flat...
Batman Returns had the greatest tone and atmosphere and style if you ask me. Hell, that's my favorite Batman movie, I thaught Burton nailed it(somewhat).

He was 100% immersed in the character, unlike most actors who just play themselves in everything. A knight's tale is a fluff movie made for teenagers. Ledger's best performances are in brokeback mountain, TDK, I;m not there, Candy, Lords of Dogtown. Clearly you only watch mainstream movies and are very young and know next to nothing about cinema.

The other Joker ? Do you even know who jack Nicholson is ? Jack's Joker was Jack in makeup. Ledger's Joker was The Joker from the graphic novels and the vast majority of the world thinks he was the best joker so far. Yes he looked sloppy and that was the point of the character, in terms of personality he was a better Joker than Jack's version.
They thought it before he died, they started thinking it when the trailer came out which was over a month before Ledger died. There are even videos on youtube of people reviewing the TDK trailer and 6 minute preview and talking about how amazing Ledger seems to be, and these videos were put up in 2007, months before Ledger died.
I thought The Dark Knight was a great film. Batman's voice is meant to strike fear into criminals. A Batman with a normal voice (George Clooney) would be boring as shit. The film is not a mindless action film, so it does not have the best fight scenes. You still gotta admit, the fight scenes are 100x better than they were in Batman Begins. At least in TDK, you can clearly see what's going on. Maggie Gylanhal, well yeah. She's an annoying bitch.

Bales Batman Voice sounded hilarious at times...Remember in Batman begins where he Draged that criminal up that window and started shouting at him?lol priceless. Keaton is my favorite Batman....Clooney was by far the worst, and Val was just boring.

A good film sure. But by far not the best Batman it might as well have been called Joker: the movie. I can't begin to tell you how much it was ho hum. Im so glad I'm not alone in thinking this.

The movie was very very very over rated. If Ledger would've lived, people would've noticed how over rated it was and how bad it sucked without having to use a death to rate the performance.

Are you high ? Ledger was amazing, he transformed himself into the character by drastically changing his voice, laugh, mannerisms, facial expressions. He was 100% immersed in the character, unlike most actors who just play themselves in everything. His joker is an excellent character and is even ranked by Empire as the 3rd most iconic movie character of all time. And it;s Heath not health. You sound like a little kid, TDK is a batman movie for adults, not little boys.

A knight's tale is a fluff movie made for teenagers. Ledger's best performances are in brokeback mountain, TDK, I;m not there, Candy, Lords of Dogtown. Clearly you only watch mainstream movies and are very young and know next to nothing about cinema.

The other Joker ? Do you even know who jack Nicholson is ? Jack's Joker was Jack in makeup. Ledger's Joker was The Joker from the graphic novels and the vast majority of the world thinks he was the best joker so far. Yes he looked sloppy and that was the point of the character, in terms of personality he was a better Joker than Jack's version.

They thought it before he died, they started thinking it when the trailer came out which was over a month before Ledger died. There are even videos on youtube of people reviewing the TDK trailer and 6 minute preview and talking about how amazing Ledger seems to be, and these videos were put up in 2007, months before Ledger died.

I thought The Dark Knight was a great film. Batman's voice is meant to strike fear into criminals. A Batman with a normal voice (George Clooney) would be boring as shit. The film is not a mindless action film, so it does not have the best fight scenes. You still gotta admit, the fight scenes are 100x better than they were in Batman Begins. At least in TDK, you can clearly see what's going on. Maggie Gylanhal, well yeah. She's an annoying bitch.
