Do you know how you would write the whole sentence in khmer? "min... te" and "bang" I have found in the dictionaries, but not "cha'aet" or "rom" And about "rom" which means dance, the dictionarirs I have spell it something like "raobm" - is that an archaich spelling or another word completely?
I'm thinking of getting it as a tattoo, so I wanna be sure I get it right ^^
@maruku86 Do you mean "bang" (bong) as in "I" or "bang" as in "hide/cover". Without seeing the word in a sentence, I want to make sure I'm identifying the correct word. Since there's no standard romanization of Khmer words, people spelling it different based on preference. One spelling can be pronounced several ways and have completely different meanings.

Would រាំមិនឆែ្អតទេបង be the proper way to spell it in khmer? I've been trying to read the signs of the lyrics in the video but they're way too blurry to make any sense to me :/
@maruku86 "Robam" is a type of dance, i.e. "Robam Jun Por" means "The Wishing Dance". "Rom" is the act of dancing, i.e. "Kyom rom sabai" means "I'm dancing happily".
@maruku86 It's equivalent to appetite/satisfaction. The transliteration of the title is "I can't get enough of dancing" (not being satisfied). When she refers to "bong" in this song, she's referring to her significant other. If you're referring to yourself as "bong" it means "I", but when you referring to someone else as "bong" it means "you". She's telling her significant other that she wants to dance to her heart's desire.

Examples using it as "I":
Bong min cheur te = I don't believe
Bong min cheur oun te = I don't believe you
Bong min deung te = I don't know
Bong min klarch te = I'm not scared
Examples using it as "hidden":
Kyom min bang avey te = I'm not hiding anything
Kyom min bang pi pnek mnous tang os te = I'm not hiding anything from anyone

What does "chaet" mean?
Rom is dance, min... te are particles to express negation, and bong should mean "I" if i'm not mistaken.
