Since when does the condition of money matter when it's being exchanged, I can go to a bank right now and exchange a torn/taped up euro for US currency, why does the "iraqi Dinar bank" care of the condition. and the Amount being sold? so even if my Dinar is in perfect condition and i want to sell back 100k or 200k i'd get a different price?
and denomination? so, 100k dinar bill might not get me the same value as 4- 25,000 dinar bills?
