So most of the time if the guy next to you is roughly the same height/weight, you guys are wearing the same size uniform.
Cops become cops because they are failed bullies. They need to work together and hold people at the mercy of their badges and guns to harass and brutalize people while above the law. That means every cop, at some level, is a bully. The psychology of it is always there. You can see any police situation where one cop is reluctant to bully a victim, but once back-up arrives, the tasers and nightsticks come out in full fashion.

If you have a small, busted up, but still working car... they will not harm you... @Agent1W Very true, but regarding the ACUs, they are supposed to be a loose fit and there isn't too much variety among the different sizes like you would expect in "dressier" clothes. So most of the time if the guy next to you is roughly the same height/weight, you guys are wearing the same size uniform.

That means every cop, at some level, is a bully. The psychology of it is always there. You can see any police situation where one cop is reluctant to bully a victim, but once back-up arrives, the tasers and nightsticks come out in full fashion.
