I never use a amp, i do have a tube amp but my amp has a really weird buzzing sound to it so now i just use it as a coffee table, since my amp's pretty much dead i use my desktop computer speakers instead
hi man how do you get so good tones with the GT 6 i have one to but im having a hard time getting a good solo/Lead tone and rhytm guitar sounds muddy im using a Dimebucker at the bridge and a stock esp pickup at neck please help me
well for me i just have my GT 6 plugged into a small usb mixer to make the tones sound better
i dont know if this will help but try setting the preamp to 8x12, the mic settings to 5 to make the sound a bit warmer and set the direct level to 0 it should help out a bit if you haven't done anything like that yet
You used effects ?

It's good to see someone that actually plays the intro for once, nice. The only thing I don't like is your username, it's freaking gay

Iron Maiden solos sound really fast and hard, but they do a lot of trills, and those are simple, so the solos might not be as hard as you think
