I was 16 years old when I got into Queen and saw them from the beginning and throughout the 70s and 80s. If Bohemian Rhapsody defined them as the legends of the studio/video then surely this concert defines them forever, as the incredible force they were in full concert. Albeit, 20 minutes at LIve Aid destroyed the rest of the doubters. Now, almost 40 years on since my love of the band began, I still think of them as "my band" and how they transformed my whole existence.

i didn't know that may said that.i know that is a rumor that has been going around and if its true then i'm a bit upset because although he has alot of skill,the kid doesn't know how to endow a song with the grandest vision possible.when he sang with queen he tried to do too much with his voice.Freddie knew when to sing conservatively and when to go crazy.lambert just made it sound lame.And his cover of Zeppelins whole lotta love was dreadful.A complete lack of power

Straight men during his time and even now could feel deeply about this song, but could in no way feel how deeply Freddie or anyone else who is gay probably felt or feels about this song, which is why I think he sings it so emotionally and beautifully.

I really wished Queen would of changed their name. After Freddie died, and they got Paul Rogers to lead them, it will never be the same. Everyone wants to hear the voice of Freddie. Paul is really good, but the name Queen, most people think of Freddie.
