I know this has nothing to do with the movie but how long should I leave my Japanese maple wired I've had some stay in a month and some take like a year please help, thanks

@MegaSpence666 You need to be careful with maples because if the wire "cut in" to the bark they will leave scars that are hard to find. As the branch increases in size th ewire becomes very tight and bark will start to wrap around the wire. You need to remove the wire before that happens. Sometimes you take the wire off and if the branch doesn't stay where you had it then you need to reapply the wire again but a little bit looser. I would leave it on but check it each month
