my dad recently had problems with this. A very tricky version to remove. It would not allow any .exe to run and prevented task manager from opening. The only solution was to completely re-install windows after formatting the hard drive. Beware of this version Anti-Virus System Pro, its a bugger to get rid of
hey people easy fix, i had the virus, restart your computer, while everything is loading, make sure you get your task manager up, go to processes, search for any weird looking names ex: ifcssysguard...sysguard, end process. After you have ended it, you stopped the virus from not allowing you to open your virus scanners, BUT the virus is still there. You should then search for the virus and delete it. Go to start, search, then search for the ifcssysguard, or virus, then delete.
WHO THE FUCK MADE THIS FUCKING VIRUS IMA FUCK HIS MOM SO BAD!!!!!!!!!!! im still trying to get this fuck off my comp.. cant belive norton dint detect it!!!!!!!!
restart your computer and while your desktop is loading open up task manager really fast be4 the virus starts and than find belesysguard or sysguard right click and press "open file location" belesysguard is in process list btw
than click enc process and delete were the folder opent.
@777heyman DUDE GET AVG OFF YOUR COMPUTER NOW!!! IT F**KED MY LAPTOP SOOO BAD THAT I CAN'T EVEN GET PAST THE BOOTING PART...AVG,ANTIVIRUS PRO, AND ALPHA ALL BAD!!!
Dude, it won't let me do ANYTHING [Anti. Pro whatever] even Ctrl+Alt+Delete! I mean c'mon I think it's doing that because it doesn't wanna get shut down! I swear! =| Will this also take off pop-ups?
1. Restart your computer. When the first black page with white text shows up, press F8 then open it in "Safe mod with Networking'.
2. Download the Malware and set it all up.
3. Restart your computer normally. Very quickly before the antivirus wakes itself up, open the task manager and end all processes with lots of numbers.
4. Go to Start>C:drive>Program Files OR Temp> Temp and delete ALL temp files. Empty the recycle bin.
5. Go to Star> Run > Type %temp% and delete all results.
7. Restart your computer into Safe mode again. Run the Malware on a FULL scan. It will take a really long ass time, but it will find all of it.
8. Delete everything it finds. Empty the recycle bin again if it has ANYTHING in it. Restart your computer normally and it should all be gone.
9. In order to make removing this easier in the future should it show up again, (and i've had it twice so listen up) KEEP the malware on your computer, and get Adaware.
alright, i got rid of it. Check out my video on how to do it. I add some humor in to just for fun. But this was a beezy. I ended up slamming control alt del over and over. And it would show up for slit seconds until the virus blocked it. I was able to end it task by clicking fast. Then I deleted every single cookie i had on my comp with my antivirus to, and also all quaritined files i had. After this, i got my comp working just fine. Check out my vid.
You can try holding down the alt+F4 keys countless times to close all programs and then quickly hold down ctrl+alt+delete a couple of times til it opens. When Windows task manager opens, go to processes and look for one that ends in sysguard. You can end the process, or you can right click it and go to containing folder and delete the folder in which it comes from.
AS LONG AS YOU ARE INFECTED WITH ANTIVIRUS SYSTEM PRO THIS WILL WORK %100:
log of or restart your computer, once you see your desktop press ctrl+alt+delete at once to get your task manager!!! ( very important). now find the process that ends in " ***sysguard"( the first few letters may vary), now right click and select open file location. then End the process and then delete that file in the folder!!!!!
Should I follow the instructions in the video from there after I stopped the process of the file? I can't find it to delete it though. I clicked and stopped the process. The pop ups stopped, but I don't think it's permanently removed from my computer. :(
here is a tip... Start up your computer and log in to your account. Now the VERY moment you see your desktop press Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and go to the processes tab. Watch for something called ****sysguard.exe. The beginning letters are different for everyone. If you see this pop up on that list end it immediately. This will temporarily stop the virus from keeping you to access or install anything. Good luck!
try renaming the malwarebytes to something else, if that doesn't work, try holding down the alt & F4 keys. This will shut down any program that is currently running. Then you can try running the program again.
when I tried to open up malware..it just said the file could not be located or it has been changed like the antivirus system pro is screwing with it even when I already killed it under the task manager
have you tried searching for it and then removing it manually? You can go to start, search, then search all files and folders for iehelper.dll. when it shows you the results, you can right click and go to containing folder and remove it there. I am sorry if this doesn't work. I wouldn't be so sure of another way to delete this. I'll look up on it though.
Actually, I had a different problem from you. It was gone because I restarted 5 minutes after it came up and installed, Malwarebytes removed it but then the internet failed completely but AT&T Self Support Tool picked up the problem 2 hours later.
why don't download from the official website?

Also make sure to disable and clear any proxy settings. They are what bring it back constantly, and anti virus programs don't always detect them.

try renaming the malwarebytes to something else, if that doesn't work, try holding down the alt & F4 keys. This will shut down any program that is currently running. Then you can try running the program again.

Maybe try renaming malware to something else and before you do this, hold down the alt & F4 keys to close any other programs running.

Try this:
Go to tools tab on internet explorer (top left of browser) go to manage add-ons and disable BHO Browser Helper Object iehelper.dll.
Also, try deleting all cookies that your browser has.
