  • she didn`t answer her question! what is the rarest blood type? AB is claimed to be the rarest blood type on the planet & believed to be the newest blood type as well.. thus thought to be about 1,000 yrs ago this blood type had it`s beginnings

  • Well I got on here to learn about blood typing and the differences between... I'm pretty dang sure this is not what I'm looking for.

  • Thumbs up if you are one of 40% of the world who has O+

    if you are O+ you can donate to O+ , A+ , B+ and AB+

  • Comment removed

  • @giantadudeful if you're ab negative blood you can't receive blood types from anyone

  • @Legolas1ify I think that AB negative is the rarest blood type right? Because every chart I see of blood types it says 1% or less have it when o negative had around 9% to 7% has it

  • @dragonryder99 well if A- phenotype with AA Genotype person married to a B- phenotype with BB genotype person they will 100% have AB- babies so if its important to increase the any Rare blood-type

i just thinking why any health organization give any couples who are both have O- blood-type will earn a spacial treatment or reward because they will pruduce 100% O- babies whom they will be Donners and they should be to be encouraged to get married with same O- type this will raise the O- rate

  • Everyone calling the tester woman "stupid" becaise she said the universal donor is A needs to work on their comprehension. She said the universal donor for PLATELETS is A+.

  • she is already brain wash,,,she wont tell you about blood.. O negative is the most rare.....most like it they are looking for that..

  • @legolas1ify ab - is rarest blood type

  • @sakuradrop22 but NOT universal

  • @sakuradrop22 But still he can donate to AB- & AB+

  • I have type X +/- i cant donate or receive blood because it would cause an explosion.

  • RH+ well that means she doesn't have monkey blood lol

when I heared the somewhat hispanic accent of the test giver , my emediate thought was kill the latino

  • @azkeyz no its really rh- people dont have the same dna that can be traced back to the rheaus monkey and everyother earthly primate. im rh-. so is my mom grandpa and grandpa + my dad.

  • hell yea im so fuking lucky cause i got ab type. i can be donated from any1

  • MMM, I just saw a Toaster Strudel commercial blood - I mean, Strawberry flavored.

  • i'am a-

  • ssssssuup bloood

  • wonderfull thanx

  • I think this dummy just lost her job after this video:

Type O negative (negative Rh factor) is the universal donor and is the rarest bloodtype.

  • @BlackOasis21 You work with blood? Just ask'n.

  • @WarriorOfTheBlackSun No, I don't. I've just been trying to learn a lot about my blood type lately. Thanks for the correction too!

  • @BlackOasis21 universal donor in platelets.

  • @BlackOasis21

It's not the rarest blood type. AB- is the rarest common blood type(1 in 170 I think?) but there are some SUPER rare blood types that go beyond the ABO+/-

If I remember my numbers right O- is like 14% of the US population.

  • @SchroNyah I'm pretty sure O- is only 7 percent of the population. I didn't bother to check, so maybe I'm wrong.

  • @BlackOasis21 O- is about 7% of Canada's population.

    A- counts for 6%.

    AB+ counts for 2.5%.

    B- counts for 1.4%.

    AB- counts for 0.5%.

But this is Canadian statistics. Not sure about world-wide.

  • @Smokie181 Um... that only accounts for 17.4% of the Canadian pop., so what are the rest?

  • @organize702 A+ counts for 36%

    O+ counts for 39%

    B+ counts for 7.6%

Didn't add these because they are in the majorities and wanted to layout the rarer blood type statistics.

  • R A positive is that what she said ?

  • i think my blood type is O but my mommy said a-b

  • its based on your personnality

  • I just wanted a list

  • this video is so dumb and incorrect

  • I don't think that lady that is doingthe blood tests knows what she is talking about...

  • A + is not a universal donor!

  • @aprilblenk I think she said "Rh+" not "A+"

  • This is a fluke.

  • The video was cut when she was about to tell you the information you needed to know.

  • This is absolutely no help to me she starts with 5 drops and it skips ahead, now she has 6? And she's pointing to the one that doesnt coagulate saying A positive?

  • i feel a lil woozy looking at that especialy when she squeezed her finger and made more blood come out *dizzy*

  • i would laugh if she said she was HIV positive XD

  • lol the rarest blood type is AB- most common is O+

  • @M0R3NiT0 Correct

  • fuck how did she became a positive and universal donor haha

  • When that lady said blood she sounded like Dracula 0__0

  • @todile123 LOL

  • @todile123

    MUAHAHAHAHHAAHA!

  • We did a lab in my anatomy class with blood types. It was fun. :D

  • Girl, had no clue!!!

  • wow I learned a lot

  • AJ Smith... This is DkaneM...

  • my blood group changes with my mood

    not

  • WTF universal blood type is O+ or O- i should know im a O-

  • @videogamer911 Same here lol

  • I wanna know mine! Ouch... That would hurt... O.o

  • Does your blood type depend on what your parents blood type is? or is it random i am pretty sure that both of my parents are O neg. I would like to know what mine is

  • no it's all about genetics if both your parents have O- then you have a 3 in 4 chance to get that type, both my parents have AB- blood and i was born with B- blood the rarest in the U.S only 1 in 100000 get this type in the U.S

  • @deltaenforcer93 congrats i guess?

  • Crazy.. Universal blood type donor is O-. She said "universal donor in blood platelets", which is A. Think before you criticize.

  • What a stupid girl !!!

The universal blood type is not A+ its O- or O+ !!!!

  • She said in platelets. You obviously have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.

  • Ive tested in the past and it turned out to be AB+..I guess its really rare judging from the kind of person i am..

  • This didn't answer my question yet! xD

  • Oh, btw the idiot tester didn't know the answer to which blood is the rarest. Top to bottom in Most rare (top) Least rare (bottom) Ab- ( very rare!!) A- (B or O in some countries) B- (A or O insome countries) O- (A or B in some countries) AB+ (this may be a little higher up the list but it's incidental) A+ (B or O in some countries) B+ (A or O insome countries) O+ (A or B in some countries) In Europe, average Rh negative is ~15% In Africa, average Rh negative is ~5% Far East Rh - ~<0.5 %
  • RH negative is highest in Europe. *If you're O negative, please give blood every now and then. *This blood is very important (universal donor) This means they can give anyone their blood. Unfortunately though, they can only receive their own blood type. Anything else may poison them.

  • yeah I thought the same way. thanks 4 this comment.

  • ive got AB

  • ok first off the girl was retarted and has no idea how to test

  • Bet u any money the tester is Rh+

  • yo wut song was that in the background shit was bumpin smooth.

  • the rarest blood type is the blood type they dont have at the moment? wtf?!

  • @xxnickyxx6123

ROFL i know right, that made me laugh!

  • @xxnickyxx6123 i was thinking the same thing

  • @xxnickyxx6123

Yeah where are the Rh Negatives ??? She forgot to say we can give blood to everyone but only except our own type. She really looked like she didn't want to say it Derrrr

  • @xxnickyxx6123 it makes sense because different geological areas have a higher frequency of different blood types.

  • @beckah21 the lady reporter was looking for another answer. im guessing the rarest blood time in the world, not in a specific area

  • @xxnickyxx6123 With only 4 different phenotypes of the ABO blood group you would never be able to find the rarest. There is no possibly way to test every person. Therefore we have to by frequencies of different populations and when looking at all of them they are pretty equal across the board.

  • @beckah21 Blood types are far from equal across the board. For example rhesus negative types account for only ~15% of the world's population. And yes, you could in fact find the rarest by various sampling methods accounting for mathmatical variables which represent all populations in each subgroup. Our math and science scholars have mastered statistical data. Just because you can't figure out a way to calculate it in your head, doesn't mean that there is no "possibly way". You're def no Type 0-

  • @xxnickyxx6123 they mean rh negitive.. a non humane blood type.

  • @xxnickyxx6123 she is making a joke retard she's saying when ever there is a patient with blood type AB, they have all the other blood types available apart from AB. UNDERSTAND?

  • @The18plusOver thats some sence of humor. . .

  • Yes, but where and how do the sugars which make up the blood cells type get attached to the RBC. What happens to type O people who 1 overreact to A and B antigens, and or are unable to bind sugars to blood cell surfaces, perhaps this plays a role in obesity.

  • second comment :P.

but this is kinda random and kinda cool at the same time oh and she didn't say how to find out if you were positive or negitive or what happens if you are O. (I guess O is just when nothing coagulates but still she didn't say)

  • cool. first.

    i think im A. idk
