Racism is something that happens from a dominant group toward an oppressed group. There is such a thing as black prejudice, but there cannot be black racism toward white people. Racism is an entrenched system that enforces false values about who has value and who doesn't. There is no enforcement available from the oppressed group toward the oppressors, not even from a group as strong as the Black Muslims in the 60s. And, just for honesty here, I'm white.
