  • freakin awsome!!!!!1

  • incredible lip flexibility

  • oh wow you guys are awsome!!!! hope to be like you by my junior year

  • Drums ruined it.

  • yeah, there was no percussion in the original.

  • man i play trombone and i have trouble double tonguing that was like triple there.

  • Lol. I play bassoon, though I have played a little trombone. Double tounging is WAY easier on the t-bone. Trust me, it's 50x harder on the bsn

  • Just because its easy. doesnt mean its gonna sound good. For a while i thought i was doing it, then when i friend heard me play he said i sound like crap.

  • I can't double tongue very well. I used to be very good at it, but lack of use left me rusty.

  • well duh

  • quadruple

  • 0.0 dang....you have to bench press to be able to play this song the slides are so fast.

  • i'd say the hardest thing is tonguing. it's only a drop from 2nd to 6th position.and then 2nd to 5th. allen ralph gives a better explanation.

  • It sounds like 32 note triplets to me but my BS music teacher can't even play the easy version of this song so I'm just guessing. And I want to learn this song and I'm still in 8th grade

  • like i said. look up alan ralph. it's pretty easy once you get your higher register and double tonguing down and ou got it.

  • @solarboydingo its just quarter notes at 440bpm

  • wow thats hard to do on a slide trombone

  • From an t-bone player:

This is a very difficult piece and not well suited for a t-bone quartet. Trombones are most powerful and majestic(can mimic the "medieval" sound most perfectly, as they are a medieval instrument. The nature of the instrument makes contiually rapid movement in a quartet difficult to execute properly.

  • man you are wrong....

  • poor recorder (—_—)

  • I actually have the sheet music for this arrangment and there is no drum part...idk why they out it in lol.

  • yes it could be played by a trombone, but you have to be a very good trombonist. this video is good but not so much.

  • I play trombone too but ,I didn't ever think that The Flight Of The Bumblebee can be played by trombone. They very good exept for the drum.

  • I think that even with the amazing talent this world has, you are correct. The trombone can only go so fast. I too play one, bass trombone in fact, and how the pros can get to where they are is just unbelievable.Trombones can jump partials very quickly, but when it comes to chromatics, it takes so much movement to get all of the positions. with more movement, more time is required. Hence why this piece is not written in consideration of the trombone section:(

  • At least one person can: Christian Lindberg.

  • Ah! true that. :)

  • stupid it would sound much better without the drums..sounds weird ..

  • Maybe i could play the other part...dun(and)dun dun dun

  • i think it would sound better without druns in this one....muffles everything

  • eh I couldnt play it. So props, but probably shouldnt ever happen again. Bad recording didnt help either.

  • great...aliens.??wow.

  • Weg mit dem scheiß Schlagzeug!!!

    Fuck the drums!!!

  • My god how does his arm move that fast?!

  • its all cromatic

  • drums??? w. . .t. . .f?!

  • they have freaking good breath and tounging...

  • wtf the drums

  • Seriously? I could barely tell what you were playing. The ending was nice and together. I liked it.

  • what exactly are the drums for

  • whos idea was it to put drums into that

  • The drums did suck, nice one bones!

  • The trombones were awesome, but the drums SUCKED and didn't go with the piece at all

  • GOOD LORD!!!!

  • The drums suck. Kill them.

  • I wish I could do that ;)

  • omg the slides!!

  • the trombones are great. the drums completely screw everything up.

  • the sound was nt clear ~

  • cool but is was kind of messy

drums didnt sound right in that peice

im sure that in rimmsy korisov's time they didnt have drum sets

  • loved it but the drums ruined the sound

  • omg wow.....

  • could you put the sheet music of for the main part please

  • Haha, it's like the video is fast forward! It has gotta be impossible to move a slide that fast!!!

  • Dang... I wish I could play my trombone that good! I'd be like... IN YOUR FACE ANDY ESTRADA!

  • holy crap... this is just amazing. i would say it's godly, but that would be an insult. that's how good this is.

  • like garbageman said, all it takes is knowing how to double tongue and use the natural slurs on the trombone in that range to relax the body and prevent overusage of the slide.

  • lol all it takes, you make it sound easy

  • not trying to. its blasted hard.

  • Actually, they're triple tonguing.

  • this peace isnt that hard to play on trombone but its hard to play it and make it sound good i did flight of the bumble bee on bass trombone for my amos and it was hard as lots of practice these guys are champions of music congradulations

  • Ae galera mto legallll

  • Great job...but can the drums!

  • you double tongue

  • its not that hard to move the slide but its hard to do it that fast! i play trombone but that is like physically impossible

  • I can't wait just to see the music .... any chance someone can send it to me?

  • how do you even move the slide that fast?

i dunno cuz i play flute and play that with more ease i think.

  • aha you double tougue

  • It couldn't been done better!!!
