    good start!! i recommend you try to keep up for the next couple of weeks with this workout and I would definitely consider some vitamins,aminos and protein. Other than that just keep good eating habits ;]

  • Wow! This is a sick workout! Just tried it for the first time and made it halfway although I did have to catch my breath halfway through the swings. Would you recommend taking any supplements to accompany this workout and can it be done every day or every other?

    Kudos on your own levels of fitness, I'll join you one day!
