I graduated high school in 1980! Grew up with the Jackson 5.

The 80's were Awesome!. We watched MJ blow us all away with Thriller and Billy Jean, We'd never seen anything like that before! He knocked us

off of our feet! Heavy metalers, Country music buffs all took notice of him. The people who did not listen to his type of music even tuned in to

watch him perform those two songs!

@tbspovonlife: I grew up in the 80's and I can tell you it was the most magical time in music. Especially since Michael reigned supreme. I mean..from the Victory Tour on up to the Motown 25 performance, The video premiere of Thriller and the Bad concerts...there was nothing like them. I would do anything to relive the moments in History. I count it an honor to have experience MJ from that time til now. I miss him terribly. He's truly gone to soon.
