@ConviictKlown I know how you feel about you're unrelenting anger because I too have extreme anger problems, I can only do one thing from this side of the computer and that's to pray for you that you will find a way to harness your anger and direct it to something constructive. hitting people doesn't earn respect it merely creates fear, would you like to live in fear? nor would I , please be strong because there's no easy way to recovery. thank you for your time

My anger is directed towards people and everything around me. I get angry when someone cuts me off in traffic, especially at a store, etc. People make snide opinions about me and people I like! I get angry when things go wrong as well. For instance, my computer is acting up and I wanted to check something out on the internet. The way I respond is through frustration and thinking about throwing it out the window, even kicking the monitor. Sometimes, I would be too mad to calm down.

-__- after one comment with inappropriate language slipping out of my mouth my teacher thinks im some punk snob kid now. I cant find one person in my grade who loathes her. strong aversion from everyone. i recieved a detention and now im all mad because i wanted to say things but that would be arguing to her :| tough to get this out.
