Not hidden obviously, this is the Majestic Hotel. It's a pretty popular hangout in multiplayer.
But it's not hidden, you do a mission here in the orginal and you can parachute here in TBOGT.

yeah you can acces the hallway in multiplayer...idk if its just on party mode or only sometimes in regular free mode
