Thanks for the alert, but I'm that user also. I just souped up some of the pictures and reposted it there.

  • great choice of music and can agree with all your film choices

  • Great music from the movie The Right Stuff also one of the best films ever made. A great American film. Who's the best pilot you ever saw?- Gordo Cooper in the Right Stuff.

  • Ha ha haaa!! That's so funny when Batman goes to throw the bomb in the water

  • But surely... I mean, why didn't Indy dive under the big stone ball thing? ... dah!!

  • I love to kill a mockingbird. It's such a great movie, but no one else I know likes it. What a fantastic video, great work!

  • I'm glad you enjoyed the video. No one else you know likes "To Kill a Mockingbird?" That's horrifying. I guess it's just a good thing that the both of us know what makes a good film.

  • To Kill A Mockingbird is among the greatest movies ever made.

  • i like it too

  • yesss! well done!

    (but where is taxi draver)

  • Thats a good question. There's a few movies I just forgot about or didn't have room to edit in. I feel stupid having forgot "Taxi Driver," though. lol

  • ...What happened to LotR?

  • 4:32

  • This was great! Except now I've got to make a list and see most of these again. Where to start? Hmm, let's see. "West Side Story", "Blazing Saddles", "Dances With Wolves", "The Great Escape"...

  • cos real life is boring ? :D

  • Great video and music! You're absolutely right, these are the reasons why..! :)

  • Great video! And great music! :) You're absolutely right, these are the reasons why..!

  • Bravo!!!

  • That was great. Five stars easily!

  • what movie scene is that in someone is doing moonwalking in a baseball field???

  • "The Naked Gun."

  • What movie was the second-to-last clip from?

  • "The Fugitive." It's the scene where Harrison Ford jumps off the top of a bus right before a train collides into it.

  • Here's a toughie: without looking at the full description, try to name all the movies included. Tough huh?

  • It's not incredibly difficult. This is a great compilation of movies which are classics, or on there way to becoming classics, most known to any film buff. I only missed Double Indemnity, and Adams Rib.

  • This is one of the BEST things i've ever seen on youtube!!

  • this is totally amazing!! you did sucha great job!!

  • At first I thought that this was from the oscars or something.....you did a GREAT and AWESOME job!!!!

  • This video clip would've been a good introduction to the Oscars. I kid you not.

  • Actually, I think it was in the Oscars. I swear I've seen this before and I never miss watching it.

  • Nope, I made this video from scratch.

  • LOL, Naked Gun... from completely out of nowhere.

  • Awesome soundtrack!!!!!!! The Right Stuff!!!

  • YES! I was hoping Ghostbusters would be in there! :D

  • this is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

    i'm in love with you : )

  • why isn't the terminator on here?

  • Sorry, I tried to squeeze in all the clips I could.

  • nice video

  • thanks, many thanks for the man many

Also needs Monty Python's Life of Brian and Neverending Story!

And dances with wolves, great movie

  • i like the mixture! :) i actualy saw most of it... wow!

  • great...definitely know 90% of the films shown.

  • Why people love movies? To escape reality for a while. QUESTION ANSWERED; God knows I love them!

  • I liked the mind exercise. I tried naming the movies as they popped up. I own about 80% of them. Thanks for the great video, it sure was fun!

  • rockey and et owns

  • Awesome, awesome, awesome.

  • i loved how you put in wizard of oz and dick tracy, my two favorite movies.

  • Thanks! Dick Tracy is so creative, yet so underrated. It deserves a lot better.

  • i totally agree, disney has to release the extended edition directors cut. i made a tracy compilation on my profile if ur interested in watching it.

  • Cool video! I'm all for a better DVD release, but let's hope Warren Beatty never makes the sequel he's trying to create right now.

  • Bravo!!!!

  • Someone's a film student... Loved it. Almost went to fast, mostly because I just wanted to re-watch a lot of movies after seeing just those clips. Great job, I support not adding Titanic. It was a great movie, but some of the ones in there were far better, would have liked to see Apocalypse Now though.

  • This is great. Huge credit to whoever made it you did a fantastic job!

  • Thanks, I made it myself!

  • nice editing. How long did it take to put together?

  • Thanks! I worked on it nonstop for about three days. I got some clips from DVDs, and a LOT more from Youtube and other websites.

  • Wow! This is fantasic! Every great movie is in it, except Titanic.

But I just can say wow! That makes me cineatic smile.......

  • :)Clint Eastwood is brilliant in The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

  • wow fantastic

but i think u forgot Titanic

it was also a great movie that people fell in love with

but otherwise I lvoe this Video its going on my favroites list

  • this is great, man!

    5/5!

    awesome :D

  • Why Shrek? Otherwise pretty great.

  • Hey zorakrules!!! Brilliant, made me smile

  • What about La Voyage dans la Lune, where the spaceship lands in the moon's eye? That's a pretty iconic film moment. Or the Battleship Potempkin, when the baby's pram goes down the stairs? Something from A Streetcar Named Desire? Oh, I'm only kidding. Great video!

  • Shrek?

  • Are you asking why I put a Shrek 2 clip in the video or why I didn't add a clip from the first film?

  • Ahh great film choices, except for Napoleon Dynamite (and next to Field of Dreas..gahhh)... but my 6 of my top 15 list is covered here, so bravo.

  • YAY! & You showed 'On The Town' which is awesome! :)

West Side Story, Rebel without a Cause, Some like it Hot <3

  • u forgot titanic

  • I could probably write a glossary of the films I didn't include. There's so many great movies out there, I wish I could've included them all, but I only had five minutes to fill. I'll be making another video soon with the clips I forgot.

  • This choked me up! Good job.

  • Far out, Good Effort MAN!!!! 5 STARS

  • I love this! Really well edited.

P.S. I cracked up at the Batman clip... some days, you just can't get rid of a bomb!

  • Thanks for the compliment! I had a hard time deciding whether to use that clip or the one where the rubber shark attacks Batman on the helicopter.

  • Oh my God! I've seen 70 of those movies! That's more than half! I'm so proud. Ok. I'll stop commenting yuo now. I can tell I'm becoming a nuisance.

  • Wow. I just have to comment this again. You are amazing. I would show that anywhere and pass it off as a professional montage. They should play it at the Oscars! They have some pretty good montages, but this might give them a run for their money!!!

  • Wow. Man, you rock. That was amazing. That IS why we love movies!!! Good mix.

  • amazing, it looks professional

  • Utter brilliance! Something I try to achieve let me tell you, did you do this all by yourself?

  • Yes I did. Thank you for your compliment. By the way, I really enjoyed your Adventure Film Clips Video.

  • why thank you!

  • Very touching stuff. I truly believe these compilations could create a new artistic field, a bit like "patchwork with different kind of paper or images in old days.

Provided one follows a guide line; such as color, situation, kind of action, or whatso ever ,this would be very soon popular. Daniel.

  • Titanic?

  • Sorry. I forgot it. I could probably name about a hundred other movies I forgot. So pretty soon I'm going to make another video with new and different clips.

  • Wow, great compilation!

  • Nice job. Taken directly from one of the Academy Awards show, but nicely done.

  • this was wonderful! Great Job! A great selection of classics and modern films.

  • Loved this! Now I have to check out some of those b&w classics I haven't seen before.

One question in my mind unless I missed it--what about Robin Williams or Robert De Niro unless I missed them. Thanks, this made me smile and cry. What is the soundtrack please??

  • The music is from "The Right Stuff." It was written by Bill Conti, the same guy who wrote the theme to "Rocky." Robin Williams can be seen in a clip from "Hook," quickly after the Peter Pan clip. I think the only Robert De Niro clip I have is one of him punching at the camera from "Raging Bull." By the way, if you need any b&w suggestions, I'll gladly offer some. Thanks for your compliments!

  • ¡Acojonante tío! Apenas he podido contener las lágrimas. Una compi brutal. Fav clips: Casablanca, The Searchers , Sunset Blvd., North By Northwest, Psycho, Strangers on a Train, E.T., Dr. Strangelove, Citizen Kane, Back to the Future, Goldfinger, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Great Dictator, Jaws, Vertigo, Adam's Rib, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, 2001, Doctor Zhivago, King Kong, The Sound of Music, Annie Hall and The Modern Times. The soundtrack, killer. BTW, the Million Dollar Baby part?

  • A most respectable selection of film...

  • here's johnny!

  • Took us way back

  • good job

  • That was excellent. There's a very emotional quality to it.

  • отстой. идея с треском провалилась.

  • Amazing! You did a very good job on this. :)

  • I loved that... I really wanna go to the movies now...

  • That was splendid. Those clips are definitely memorable. Thanks for posting :]

  • This is the reason I want to make movies. As George Lucas once said, "In the end, I think I make movies because I have to. Movies are my life. If I didn't make movies, I wouldn't be alive. I mean, I wouldn't know what to do."

  • that was great
