You don't see an Indian national or Mexican, unhappy with anything in his or her own country go seek assistance from another country to attack his own country. Its like asking your neighbour to attack your parents just because you don't fully agree with them. That's the problem with you Zang ethnic minority (Tibetan) of Xizang, China. Are you sure AI is independent truly? They exxagerated so much about human rights in China and Russia that the whole world believes people in these two countries are living in hell. There have been rumors that Amnesty INternational is much funded by the USA. If you buy into their NGO status and cheap stories so easily, "NGOs" would flourish very soon.
If you go to China and make true friends there, you will soon find out 90% of the population will fit into your definition of "spies". Then maybe you will find out another useful term: "they are all brainwashed". Anyway, these are common labels Westerners easily used.

Falongong is peaceful. The chinese goverment is not! The only stories I believe are from independent human rights groups like Amnesty international.
