The cop wasn't messing with him. The cop was doing his job, and Rafer's an idiot. Rafer was drunk, or at the very least slightly intoxicated. You don't drive intoxicated and put the risk of other people's lives that are driving in jeopardy. I understand that he got acquitted in court, but hopefully he doesn't do it again.  Rafer's got a lot of attitude and is very stubborn, and I'm not sure this is the type of point guard, despite his talent, that can lead the Rockets to a championship.
