Crazy stamina. Quick question how many times a week do you work out? Can you over exercise on the bar? How much protein do you intake every day? Hope to hear from you soon. Keep up the good WORK.
@206Revolution thanks, been working out 6 times a week lately, some days not as hard as others. some days just active recovery. u can always ovetrain no matter what. you will see signs of weakening, fatigue, mental fatigue, or injury. recovery is very important. do active recovery or work different parts of you body. i take about 1 gram per pound of body weight of protien
Great video and strong performance, also I like the music too. It amazes me how some of the people at the gym seemed to ignore or sort of sneer at you. Mostly meaning they cant do what you do. Anyway, you are a master in the bar-trade.
@coreyologist handstand pushups. start up against the wall. or you could do an inverted press(feet on bench in tucked position so that upper body from waist to head is in straight line vertical to floor.
your videos are great, mustve taken u yrs to get to this level. btw those one legged squats, great job of making it looks so damn easy. inspirational stuff!
man I always check your videos out, but i need some major advice my goal is to improve on muscle ups, and do handstands i can hold myself on a wall but i am difficulty doing push ups, how do i improve on that because every since i have been watching you i have left weights alone i developed lifting my own body weight, but please tell how do i get stronger on functional bodyweight strength
@coreyologist focus on the exercises that u can only do 1-5 reps. when they become easy move on to harder exercises. work out consistently-as much as your body can take
good vid. I got a question .. when doing the 'human flag' what muscles are being worked? Just thought I'd asked. It seems like one of those muscles that are being worked are the latissimus dorsi.
@StrictlyBizo yeah the lats are working hard on the top side to hold the body up as well as the core muscles with an emphasis on the obliques. on the bottom side the lats and chest are stabilizing the body as well as the core, while the shoulder is isometrically contracted. bicep is working hard on the top side while the tricep is isometrically contracted on the bottom arm. its important to train both sides of the body with the flag.
Here we go again with another negative comment. We are not gymnist. We have respect for gymnist but we don't give a shit about an iron cross. sorry bro JMO.
INCREDIBLE!!! This is a testament of the "Each one Teach one" mantra, Kalos learned what was shared and applied it to his routines and now look at what he's doing. Forget the old running man dance, Dan is busting out the "Running Muscle-ups" and "Running man Dips"! Great money for real, you've greatly surpassed your limitations and further inspired many, keep it up!
Oh my God. Kalosthenos owns the bar. Those dips were completely insane and the HSPUs on the rings were freaking ridiculous. I bow down to your amazing calisthenics.
@framptonbmx thanks bro, very complimentary, we all in this together. i do this for the love of it. can't get enough. TheBarUnion about Bar Unity. Each one Teach one
Thanks Phorm, this vid was definately reflective of so many dudes and crews that i watched and learned ideas from. I try to do my best and do it with style
lol i was the first viewer. The handstand pushups on the rings must have been freakishly hard. and the pull ups down to the dip bars part was cool too
