  • Istria became mostly croatian after genocide. Before croats commited genocide together with communists Italians were majority there. Deportations and murders are main reasons why Italians disappear from Istria.

  • anthem of istria is italian anthem.

  • Bravo, prava himna! Svatko zivi svoj zivot i radi kako najbolje moze.Istrani su svoje domoljublje, hrvatstvo najbolje pokazali masovnim ucescem u HV.

  • @HomoGnosticus Read some books before dare to talk to me....ignorant jackass

  • @Tavros85

said by an illiterate Duce fanboy

  • The anthem of Istria is the MAMELI HYMN.

  • Istra and Dalamzia is Itala ! Salute from Serbia

  • @muslimsaredisgusting

You can just dream about it. Now sit! That`s a good boy...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum we will see ....

  • @muslimsaredisgusting You servs just keep on pushing; haven`t you had enough when we smashed you out of our territory only 15 years ago?!

    ISTRA I DALMACIJA = CROATIA <3

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Se vabbè....ve piacerebbe

  • @Tavros85 I just want to stop these fascist irredentists dreams, that`s all...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum And I you to understand that those lands are not croatian....you only stole it, or even worse, they were given you as a gift....

  • @Tavros85 No shit; based on what??!! So we should claim Montenegro, Bosnia, parts of Albania and parts of Serbia because it territorially belonged to us back in 10th century??

What have we stole; Italians were always ethnic minority in Istra and Dalmacija anyway. You can just dream about it!

    ISTRA I DALMACIJA = CROATIA

  • @FortitudoCroatorum We never were a minority....you made us a minority there with foibe and ethinc terrorism....do you really think that Fiume, Zara, or Pola were more croat than Italian...then you are totally wrong, just search on the internet ( the easiest way ) and you'll see...learn history and then speak

  • @Tavros85 Oh yes, always a minority, even when Venets conquered that territory... the fact is that Croats are in Dalmacija and Istra since 7th century, you can`t neglect that... there are evidence inscribed in stone (Baska tablet - search on the internet as you say)... don`t talk about foibe and ethinc terrorism; what about Mussolini`s slaughters over innocent women and children in Dalmatia in WWII??? Cheeky, isn`t it?

  • @FortitudoCroatorum We have were always a majority in the cities (as you can see there is no slavic architecture in those cities) and on the coasts, and we were there before croats came ( and before 1100, the date of the Baska Tablet). True that there was a politic of strong repression during Fascism....but that was WAR, Foibe are during peace time and only because you wanted to slavizate the area, yours was a massacre of people on the base of their nationality, Mussolini's one was political.

  • @Tavros85 Before 7th century, when Croats came, Illyrians were the dominant tribe in Dalmatia, but ever since Croats came there and established Kingdom, you were a minority.

A war or not, a massacre is a massacre.

Indeed, Venets left a significant number of structures, bu there are also Byzantine buildings, like Diocletian's Palace in Split. What about all those churches in which tablets similar to Baska`s are found, all written on Croatian glagoljica letters? It`s MEDITERRANEAN architecture!

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Came on...don't tell bullshit, we both know that's not mediterrean architecture, it's Venetian architecture.....

And yes, It makes a big difference between war massacre and peace massacre....a HUGE difference....

  • @Tavros85 Oh, one more thing; it`s RIJEKA, ZADAR I PULA...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Sorry but I like to call things with their name so it's Fiume, Zara e Pola, I don't like to use the language of the thieves....

  • @Tavros85 I don`t care how FOREIGNERS call OUR cities...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Lol, you are the foreigners, livin in the cities you have stolen...sorry but I don't like to use barbarian languages if I can use noble Dante's one

  • @Tavros85 HAHAHH, how can we be foreigners in our own cities?? No, it is you who stole Dalmacija and Istra once, but we got those regions back under the country in which they belong - CROATIA.

Well, I will never use that pussy gay Alighieri`s language, cause it would make me sound like some fagot. Instead, I use great Slavic language that makes me sound like a MAN!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Maybe you wanted to say ORANGUTAN...not men, because this is the idea that gives when people hear it...XD

You are foreigners since you stole that lands..I don't want to repeat myself, so just get a serious hitory book or just tipe wikipedia (english one, so it's neutral) and learn, then maybe we can speak again....

  • @Tavros85 those cities were BORN with Italian names....you are only using what other made trying to make people think you made it....but you cannot change history...desolato

  • @Tavros85 Calling Slavic languages barbaric by Italian only proves your complexes; whole world knows that Italian men are mainly effeminate fags (and sound like that when speaking). So when they hear real Croat with balls speaking, they shit their pants and say: "uuuuu, how barbaric" xD

Hahha, why would English wikipedia be more neutral then Italian? Anyone can write article on English, just as on Italian...

I agree, it is pointless, I don't want to repeat myself either!

    Istra & Dalmacija = HR

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Lol....our complexes??? We don't have any, expecially towards undeveloped countries...actually the whole world says "Italiano macho" and "Latin lover" they don't say "Croatian macho" or "Slavic lover"....XD...it's you to have complex, I've only read comments like yours on the various channels (...we fuck italian girls, we are strong...bla bla bla) this shows you have to affirm yourself as strong because otherwise you would be considered nothing.

  • @Tavros85 "Italiano macho"???!! HAHAHAAAA, believe me, this is the first time I hear this phrase hahahhaah; trust me, Italian simply can`t be macho, because he talks and looks like a fagot... it`s like that every summer in our coast; when thousands of Italians are coming during ferragosto - we all laugh at them. Narcissistic midgets, just like Mussolini was XD

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Do you want to know what I think when I hear slavic languages? I usually think "sounds like animals" and believe me, I don't shit in my pants...anyway muscles are not necessary when you are a superior culture XD,...in case we need them, we have them....

  • @Tavros85 Of course you have complexes; you are statistically the shortest nation in Europe, but that`s ok XD

"undeveloped countries" - hahahh, oh come on man, be serious...

About language; I don`t care about your opinion, cause Italian man`s opinion is too subjective to be taken under consideration. As I already stated; you are too narcissistic to respect anything but yourself...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Lol...you keep on insisting on physical aspects...they don't make a country great :))) only undevelopped people can think that in 2010 physicity can make the difference...it's mind the one that does...anyway I'm 180 cm so I don't have any complex as you see....in the meantime we are founder member of the EU, we are in the G8 and even in G6...and yes, Croatia is considered an undeveloped country....like it or not XD

  • @Tavros85 I do not insist on physical attributes; it is you who started "Italiano macho" type of conversation, I just explained how hilarious that sounds lol...

My point is that you think that you are so great, but reality is that you (Italians) are just making idiots out of yourself by thinking so. But that`s ok, it suites you lol... it makes you more funny! You see, you can be even 230 cm tall, but you`re still funny little Italians from our perspective (and the rest of the world)...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum apart from the fact that we gave civilitazion to the whole world....the only reason why you didn't hear this from Germans is because they have a huge sense of guilty for what they did in the past....ask a Frenchman, a Spaniard or a Brit and the you'll see....or just talk with an Austrian...you have picked up the only exception by choosing Germany

  • @Tavros85 Oh, I`ve talked to them all on various subjects. If you`re interested; Frenchmen and Spaniards are ok, not full of them selves as Englishmen. They hate Englishmen because of their arrogance (something you Italians are hated for also worldwide). Anyway, you didn`t give a civilisation to the whole world, you just contributed it. You see, another narcissistic statement... Do go on :)))

  • @FortitudoCroatorum Ah ah ah.....I see you probably have not traveled that much...talk with Frenchmen or Spaniards about Corsica and Catalunya and see what happends....French are hated worldwide (talk with Germans about Frenchmen and see what happends)

  • @Tavros85 Well, I`ve been around... for instance, I`ve traveled across whole Scotland (Lowlands and Highlands) 2 years ago. Great nation, proud, but not arrogant as English. Similar to us. So, don`t generalize about Brits. Well, I`ve never talked with Frenchmen or Spaniards about subjects you`ve mentioned, but as far as Spain is concerned, we`ve all heard of E.T.A. and their terrorist activities, so you can`t compare that.

  • So as you see you have not traveled enough or talked enough with people from other big european countries to say what you did in your previous message....( ETA is just a Bask Country thing...but I'd remember you that also Catalunya and Galicia exist, so you can make a comparison)....

  • @Tavros85 A "Bask Country thing" :)

Basque country happends to be a Spanish region with a vast terrorist activity. Since 1968. E.T.A. killed more than 800 people and left thousands of people injured all over Spain!

Ok, I`m still not informed about Catalonia or Galicia problem as you said, I admit...

  • As you can see by yourself you don't have enough proofs to say what you did some posts ago

  • @Tavros85 Wooow, you are the founder member of EU - congratulations, I reeeally didn`t know that, also G8 blabla lol... well, so is, for instance, Germany and believe me, I have never seen this kind of boasting (including all "great" Italian virtues you wrote in every post) by any German I discussed with. Frankly, I don`t give a shit. But Croatia is certainly not considered as undeveloped country. Anyway, Croatia will become EU member next year, so you`ll see it yourself :)

  • @FortitudoCroatorum HOPE....you Hope to enter the EU....you still don't mach the basic criteria ( means you come after Romania and Bulgaria....) You are just a candidate country and anyway you are a not fully developed country accordin to UN esteems...you may not like it but this is it...and, read our conversation and see who was the one who started XD

  • @Tavros85 HAHHA, it is not that we hope, negotiations will be completed in the spring 2011. :)

You see, when Romania and Bulgaria joined EU, the criteria for joining became more rigorous, all that legislative ect... one more thing: we didn`t start negotiations sooner, because of bloody war we were involved in during `90s. But nonetheless we are economically stronger than Romania, Bulgaria and the rest of the Balkan area (except Greece).

  • @FortitudoCroatorum well....greece is also know as Europe's Cinderella.....so if it is the best in the balkans this says it all ( just to tell you I love Greece and Greek people so this is not a hate expression )

  • @Tavros85 Greeks are well known of their hedonistic way of life (just like you), that`s why they almost declared bankruptcy. They had very high life standard until now but they were living on a credit, so they have to pay it back now.

Our government did the same; took a massive loans to build infrastructure which was poor in Yugoslavia, and to rebuild what was devastated in recent war. But we still manage to pay it back.

  • @FortitudoCroatorum You don't talk about the language because you know I'm right...if you don't check on poll on the internet and see how many people say they like Italian and how may people say Croatian....laugh as much as you want....our complex can only be a superiority complex, for sure not an inferiority complex XD

  • @Tavros85 Really, I`ve never heard or seen someone writes that our language sounds ugly, only that it`s difficult to learn, so as I already stated, I don`t care about one Italian man`s opinion. I know you hate everything Croatian, so you`re just being subjective. Ok, I say that Italian language is ugly, are we even now ? :)))

  • @FortitudoCroatorum We don't hate everything Croatian we would not pay any attention to you if it was not for the thing about Istria and part of Dalmatia...sure you can say Italian is ugly, apart from the fact that ranks in the best position for beloved language for the rest of the world....so your sentence is statistically irrelevant XD

  • @Tavros85 So why do you think that we would pay any attention on you as well??? We just pay attention to your fascistic irredentistic aspirations, just in case. So we give Italians few slaps here and then to calm down, just like Mussolini gained two slaps when he visited Pula in 21.09.1920. xD

  • @FortitudoCroatorum You have to pay attention to Italy because is your main economical partner....without italy your economy would collapse ( or you think you could rely on Bosnia Erzegovina or Serbia....)

  • @Tavros85 No, our main economic partner is Austria. As far as trade is concerned, Croatia is a member of CEFTA. Italy is JUST ONE of many economic partners that we trade with.

  • @FortitudoCroatorum the difference between a very very man and a gay very gay is sooo little dear hrvaski pussy. I know it's just a lose of time to explain you the hundreds of historical, ethnical and cultural reasons why istria and many cities of dalmatia are actually italic lands, so I will not do it. Just read from those books(if you ever seen one) written under communist dictature where they say that italians occupied istria just for few years under venice..and joy about your ignorance ;)

  • @fenotipobombay Istra is a cradle of Croatian literacy. There are numerous ancient statues written on glagolitic script all over Istra. So cut the crap. Yes, Istra and Dalmatia was OCCUPIED under Venice, but even during occupation, Italians were a minority. We could claim whole Bosnia for ourselves because it was part of Croatian kingdom thousand years ago, but were not stupid iredentists like you to do that. Just leave Istra multiethnic as it is today. Trust me, war is hell, don`t call for it.

  • @FortitudoCroatorum you don't understand,do i speak turkish? your comunist regime book tell you a small part of the story. slavic people came to istria and dalmatian coasts only in AD700, don't you think that someone inhabited those cities before that slavic population tried to capture'em? i mean italic and dalmatic people who spoke romance-italic dialect. Those people ruled over dalmatic cities before venice conquests and before slaves took the majority of countryside around, till XX century.

  • @fenotipobombay Wow, so according to your statement, you should overtake whole Europe because it was under Roman Empire?! Italy is no more, no less - artificial state based on the ruins of the great Roman Empire. Yes, there was Romans there before AD700, not Italians, that`s a big difference! So this claims of yours are nothing but fascistic. Tell me, why wouldn`t Austria or Hungary claim Trieste??? Jeez, Italic dialect?! Dalmatians have oldest Croatian dialect, called "chakavshtina"...

  • @fenotipobombay You are to say, Albanian...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum but before explain me this: why croatian girls says our accent is sexy? why they don't show any prejudice against italians and instead they're so attracted by us? I was in croatia in zara (your zadar) and had a great time with croatian girls, they're nice and well disposed with italian men. And, why dalmatian shops still sell historical maps which show italian names of dalmatia and "golfo di venezia" for adriatic sea? plz, don't stop burping to feel yourself like a real man!

  • @fenotipobombay Don`t generalize. So what, you get laid because you have a sexy accent?! haha - maybe you yourself are attractive to women physically, but believe me, our women don`t show interest on Italians generally :)

dalmatian shops still sell historical maps which show italian names of dalmatia and "golfo di venezia"? It was like that in ancient times, a part of history, but today, borders are different. You can thank god that the Ottomans didn`t cross our borders...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum and that's just a summary. history of italian in istria is just like the story of greek people in western coasts of turkey; millions were forced to exile but they never existed for turkish gov, those are turkish lands and stop. Venice had a great empire with many greek islands, half of albania with big italian communities but we never made a claim about that. ottomans didn cross what? turkish army sieged on wien and czechs very beyond croatia..

  • @fenotipobombay No man, Ottomans never sieged beyond Croatia. On this borders, they were stopped in the town of Sisak in 1593. in the great battle...

  • @FortitudoCroatorum They did get to Wienna, but we sent them back where they came from ;)

  • @FortitudoCroatorum finally: i didn't told you croatian girls think about italians all day long and I didn said croatian girls are bitches. i told you croatian girls we met in zara were very curious and nice with us, even if we met them in streets or in the market. I have an italian napolitan accent and nobody told me the shit you said. And I can even tell you we had more problems with serbians tribesman who are very stupid and jealous about national girls.

  • @fenotipobombay Anyway, we are very emotively attached to every region of our country cause we had to get it through a recent bloody war, so really there is no point to discuss is Dalmatia and Istra Croatian or not. Borders are defined and that`s it...

  • jebo vam pas mater, komunisticko smece...stvarno, iz sveg srca jebo vam pas mater!teska vam zemlja komunisti... najteza!

  • Nego, ljudi, tražim jedan turistički spot o Istri s tradicionalnom istarskom muzikom u pozadini.

  • ...mah what are you talking abuot Mr.zzahier? That Istria was divided between republic of Slovenia and Croatia after the war in Yugoslavia in 1991??? From where did you take this information?? Where do you live? On Mars???

  • @

    MrSimoneMI

    succhia mio cazzo !!!

    Puši Kurac!!!!

  • @MrSimoneMI

     tua madre e una putana

  • fuck off Istra is the most Croatian land

  • ALL YOU ITALIANS WHO CLAIM ISTRIA IS ITALIAN DON'T KNOW WTF YOUR TALKING ABOUT. GO READ A FEW HISTORY BOOKS, THEN COME BACK ON HERE AND POST USELESS COMMENTS. L'istria e Croato - ISTRA JE HRVATSKA!!!!

  • I don't think any Hrvat can clain Istria is theres. In fact Istria was never under Croatian rule until the last Balkan War. Now thats a fact maybe you should read your history books. The Croatians got Istria through a back door policy and just be happy Istria is Croatian rule for now.

  • Italians are right to claim the coast of Istria...It was 100% italian. They don't want the whole region obiviously, just what always belonged to them...the coast from Capodistria to Parenzo.

  • TORNEREMO !!!

  • ma perchè non è italiano l inno???

  • L'Istria è l'Istria

    ISTRIA IS ISTRIA

  • ISTRIA IS ITALIAN! L'ISTRIA E' ITALIANA! Ritorneremo maledetti sloveni e croati invasori!

  • istria appartiene all ITALIA

  • Istria italiana e basta co ste cazzate.

    S'CIAVI FORA DA CASA NOSTRA

  • ISTRIA IS CROATIAN :)

  • Istria is neither Italian nor Croatian nor Slovenian, but Istrian, and it doesn't belong to Italians or Croatians or Slovenian but only to Istrian people, it doesnt' matter what's their language.

Istria must be a completely free and indipendent nation.

  • Istrian majority is Croatian. the history of the culture there is Croatian.

  • That's not completely true: of course, the majority is Croatian, and so it was also in the past, but the Italian minority has always been as important as the Croatian. And the Croatian majority was not much bigger than Italian minority: in 1914 the Croatians were 46%, but the Italians were 36%. And Austria and Venice had a very important part in the history of Istrian culture. Anyhow my family is Istrian, we're original from Porec/Parenzo and Rovinj/Rovigno.

  • are you croatian? and did you know most of those so called italians in istra were croats who spoke italian because istra was under venetian rule etc for a long time.

hardly any of thos "italians" are left anyway

  • What a silly idea! There were also Italians who adopted Croatian language for centuries too, so would theyI'm Italian citizen? Of course not! Anyhow, I live near Trieste; my grandmother's mother was Croatian from Porec, my grandfather's family was Italian from Rovinj but it doesn't matter, because they are both Istrian. So my family was persecuted both by the Italian fascists and by the titoists, and that's why I'm fed up with all the silly nationalists who claim Istria for their country.

  • i agree italians and communists titoists did some bad things. you should just consider yourself croatian then you wont have to juggle between the two nation. what do you think bro?

  • I really don't juggle between the two nations, I'm simply an Italian who is Istrian too because of his heritage I think it's quite the same situation of the Irish Americans. I consider myself Italian and I love both Italy and Istria but I don't want Istria to be Italian I only think its history and culture is so different and particular that it should achieve a complete indipendence. Even if I've also Croatian forefathers and I'm proud also of this origin, I unfortunately can't speak Croatian

  • the first settlers of istria were the histri later after that in the 7century croats settled that area.

have you seen the arena in pula? its ment to be one of the best preserverd in the world.

i have alot of italian friends and in australia you will notice both croats and italians get along realy well because of their similaritys in western culture etc...

  • Yes! My aunt lives in Australia too, in Melbourne.

  • Anyhow, which part of Croatia are you from?

  • im from north croatia near zagreb.

i went last year for a holiday all over croatia and i went to montenegro and bosnia and hercegovina.

i spent time in pula and i have relations in istria too.

  • I've never gone to Zagreb, but I'd really like to visit it

  • It is so sad to see all these slavics in our lands stolen :( Istria Italiana!!!!!!

  • hey albanian stay in your shitty country...this problem doesn't belong to you!!

  • A je sploh važno čigava je Istra, Hrvaška, Slovenija, Italija, vse ostale države sveta...?

In kaj zdaj?

Briga me, če sem Slovenec.

  • ISTRA IS CROATIAN

  • this anthem is made for yugoslavia, you can hear the socialistic music !!!!!! and this is not the real istrian anthem coz it support only one group of people in istria but the lyrics were also changed as i know.

After all istria has to be Istria and unify with all istrian land, we know who we are and what is ours !!!

  • In World War 3 this country will be destroyed as a little ant on the shoulders of mother Russia!!

  • the slovenians in the usa will kick russia in the dick... so what goes around come around mother russki

P.S. FORZA SERBIA

  • @pitbull88rsi Istria, Fiume e Dalmazia sono Croate.

Vieni e vedrai quale bandiere sventolano.

  • As this "anthem" says Istria was, is and will be Croatian. :)

    Cheers.

  • Istru treba podeliti izmedju italijana i slovenaca!!! hrvati su tu teritoriju ukrali poslije WWII, a pola drzave nije njihovo!!! Dubrovnik je uvijek bio SRPSKI grad!!! Istra italijansko-slovenska! Free Dalmacija...

hrvati stoko smrdljiva najgori ste mamu vam jebem ustasku!!!

    BAGRO SMRDLJIVA!!!

Hoće li, to će budućnost pokazati.

  • @MARIETTI5

"Boze sacuvaj nas gladi, kuge i hrvata"!

Ovo su rekli nemci u 17 veku...

  • @MARIETTI5

A u Italiji talijanske škole neka uče svoju djecu kako žele.
