It is the same aircraft in the Prescott Arizona accident. 5 people died trying to photograph this MIG-21 (same one) in a twin engine Cheyenne.

this MIG-21 is made in Czech Republic. In factory Aero Vodochody under CCCP for ČSLA. And moreover this machine have Czech flag.

Actually Russia has developed a better MIG21 just after the Romanian Air Forces have improved the old MIG21 to the Lancer version in cooperation with ELBIT Israel. I think it was just a matter of pride for the Russians:)
