The thing that you said about "do something with your time" should'nt only be applied to break-ups: If your expectations of life is just to find that "someone" and have no ambitions of your own, you (not you Hinami or whoever reads this, obv) have a sad life. You don't have to search for happiness in other people, just be happy with yourself and your life alone. If you need a relationship to be happy you will never be, and probabily will never find a person that is worth your time and attention.

agreed, it does take some time. i think i handled my situation quite well though, and by that i mean getting completely wasted for new years and trying to meet as many new people as possible so i have options. it sucks but its all part of a learning experience i suppose.

Very good points, best thing you can do it get out with mates, and enjoy being out! take up sports ect. Never go the no eating thing, Actually force yourself to eat 3 times a day even if its just an orange or something. also think, tbh they don't wanna be with me why would i wanna be with them! + ALSO they will always come back when they see you happy - NEVER take them back!
