wow you guys build 15% over govt minimums!!!!!!!! WOW. so, heat and cooling are 50% of utilility bill, say you have 100$ bill every month, 50$ is to heat and cool, any you guys are going to be 15% more effecient sooooo, 3-4$ per month SAVINGS !!!!!!!!!WOW WOW, and the added cost on the mortgage is an extra 24$/month!!! good idea MORONS.

this is so old school. Much better ways to cool or heat are out there, to my opinion.
