I'm not gonna defend the product, as I've never tired it and it may well suck. But I will defend fruit pizza against everyone's apparent ignorance of the item. A real fruit pizza consists of either a bread or more popularly, sugar cookie crust, spread with cream cheese and topped with sliced fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries, etc. It is usually served as a dessert and I've eaten it for over 40 years. It's not like a new thing or anything. It's wonderful.

for decades companies have been making their cover art much more beautiful than whats actually in the box. after many lawsuits worldwide, companies have had little change in the way they do things, i think now for most its just an accepted inevitability that what you see isnt always what you get...

...except for the Decadent Biscuits from K-Mart, not sure if you guys get them, but we do in Australia - 50% actual chop chips... pure bliss every time, and it matches whats on the box art!! ^^

Good idea, bad execution. I'll be trying making this myself, but with real yogurt and fresh fruit on a waffle I've already toasted. No microwaves for me.

Yogurt has no place on a real fruit pizza. It would make the crust go soggy. Cream cheese all the way.

I suppose I took your words "with real yogurt" to mean that there was fake yogurt (hehe) on the product being reviewed when I believe it was simply flavored cream cheese.. that for some reason this guy had a problem figuring that out.. then again he's never heard of fruit pizza before either. Maybe I will get a box and see exactly what it is, just to satisfy my curiosity. I'm not expecting much, then again I have a 12 year old that will clean up the rest no prob.

I've put this in my shopping cart on two different occasions and after further inspection decided to put it back in the freezer both times. I'd rather make my own by heating a waffle, spreading on some yogurt, then sprinkling fresh berries and granola on top.
