@merishane This is an event called "Rock Around The Bay" held in Tokyo in 1997. Zakk Wylde (not Pride and Glory) joined the show with Steve Vai, headlined by Motley Crue (just after they released Generation Swine album). I was in the crowd and it was fantastic...
