The 2nd half of the campaign levels were awful (driving a tank and piloting a reaver with horrible controls, one of the worst boss battles this gen (skorge), that horrible brumak level).
The multiplayer was broken for a very long time after launch and is still unbalanced
The only good thing about that game was Horde mode, nothing like playing horde mode with 4 other friends.

IGN should do game of the year for PS3 exclusives, Xbox 360 exclusives, PC exclusives and multi-platform games, so you don't get Fallout 3 winning best Xbox game, because it's not just on Xbox.

@ElizabethYogurt its actually really good because the game actually has a very open plot, the scenery does get a little repetitive but if you explore it will be worth your while, trust me the dlc is also amazing
