Iklan ni macam dah jadi cliche iklan2 di Malaysia..nak tunjukkan keharmonian antara kaum yg pada hakikatnya tak macam tu pun.. Mesti kena ada Melayu, Cina & India dlm satu iklan nak tunjuk 1Malaysia. I bet this kind of thing won't happen in real life.

Yeah I know that. My Indian & Chinese friends are very kind to me as well. Thing is, how many times you & that Malay & Indian friends of yours went out together, hanging out just the three of you like best friends, as portrayed in this ad? If it did happen, well the three of you are one of a kind today in Malaysia.

Well like I've said before, you & your friends are one of a kind..exceptional case, very, very rare indeed, as far as unity of races or solidarity in Malaysia is concerned.. I mean unity in its true meaning, not just literally. Good for you my fellow countryman.

That's why I find this '1Malaysia' concept very odd because I have been having malay, indian, eurasian, punjabi friends since the day I was born. I don't need to be told we are '1Malaysia' because we having been living like this all along.

I'm not sure whether the concept is odd, really. BTW, I don't think it's necessary after all. But I guess something has to be done at this moment to strengthen bond between Malays, Chinese & Indians for I feel that relationship as portrayed in this ad between these races is fading away gradually, since I can't remember when. At some places, it has long gone.

Malaysia becomes less appealing with honest comments I've made? Come on..get real dude. This is the truth. I wanted to see the good bond between Malays, Chinese & Indians in Malaysia long ago but unluckily, every companies I've worked with, things are not really like that..we talk, we chat, but it's hard to build close bond like those portrayed in ads.. Those are my honest views, it's up to you whether to accept it or not.
