the concept behind the poppit is to cut out filing and buffing and polishing. when a poppit is removed it should have a nice shine to it =)

What type/size acrylic brush are you using? I have a Kolinsky Competition round brush my school gave me, but it's way too small and it doesn't have a "number" on it. Yours looks like the perfect size.

The black stick on thing is called a nail form. You can buy them online or at any beauty supply store. They're used to form a longer nail without the use of a nail tip.

hi chantelle, i really do love ALL your designs!. I just wanted to say that i've noticed you always give your customers a drop of Nurture oil at the end. Does it work like Cuticle oil?. The salon where i train use it after we finish buffing the clients hands and we get them to wash their hands after to get rid of any oil residue left on the fingers. Do you need to get the client's to wash their hands too after adding abit of Nuture oil?. I would appreciate if you could answer back, thanks!

Yes nurture oil is a cuticle oil. Wow that really suprises me that they get you to wash off the oil!. If you are to wash at any stage, it would be after you finish filing, but before applying oil. it is actually really contradictory to wash off the oil. It is VITAL for the maintenance and care of the enhancement and the entire skin area around the nail bed. I dont even get my clients to wash their hands after.

I find a good nail brush removes the dust and a squirt of hand sanitiser to freshen up, and then oil. It is also recommended that your cliet uses cuticle oil daily to look after their enhancements. Thanks for the question, it was a really valid point. Hope that helps xx

Hay! I am using a size 10, I am 90% sure it is called a Grand master kolinsky brush, from creative. Or something along those lines. It was actually given to me from a friend and im sure that was what she called it. And it is LOVELY to use! Thanks for watching xx
